Avoid this shop and go elsewhere. I had them PPI an x3 i was planning on purchasing and they completely lied about the condition of the vehicle. They said the car mechanically had no issues but there is a clear rattling from the front passenger tire area when driving. The brakes are also squealing heavily. Not sure how you miss that. They said the car was in great shape cosmetically. Every corner of the car had some type of damage and the touch up/repairs were horrible and clearly visible on every corner of the vehicle. Tons of other scratches as well on the exterior. This shop should not be in business. Do NOT bring your car here.

We ran into a mechanical issue while heading home from picking up a new (used to us) van five hours away and had to have the van towed to EQ Automotive after hours. Not only were we provided excellent customer service from Ivory, but we were able to speak directly with the mechanic on precisely what was going with the vehicle. What would have been a very stressful situation because Missoula is still two hours away from us, became much less stressful because of their customer service, expertise, and most importantly ability to accommodate our situation as we prepare to go on our first road trip as we pick up the van in Missoula. Great customer service is hard to find but EQ Automotive knocked it out of the park for us!

Amazing and honest service! We broke down and they squeezed us in same day for a diagnosis. They explained in detail what was wrong and gave very honest advice. Our truck got repaired the following day even though we just dropped in on them. Saved our day, even saved our whole road trip!

Avoid this place like the plague. I took it to them for 3 very specific electrical problems. Not only did they only fix 2/3 after $1800, but the work they did is nothing short of a hack job. Re routed and destroyed my wire harness. I’ve since spent about $7,000 on further electrical problems all downstream of their botched work. I’d rather let a homeless tweaked with a box cutter and a screw driver work on my car. Oh and they charged me about $700 for work I never authorized. I have enough dignity that I foolishly paid them when they had no right to charge me.

I will forever take all of my vehicles here. This is my new shop. Great prices, great people, lots of knowledge. The ladies at the front are very intelligent and helpful. I got to talk to Riley about my truck and he is very knowledgeable. Would trust him to do anything on my truck. Great people all around. Thank you!
